EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Material and labour for sluice valve 80mm bore, cast iron long body both ends flanged as per IS-14846 and drilled with brass spindle with iron wheel head and as per pressure rating PN 1.0, Class-I, ISI Marked alongwith nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Silent Diesel Engine driven generating set of cap 160 KVA/128 KW, 0.8 PF, at NTP conditions, complete with AMF panel, control panel having meters sound proof canopy considering all derating factors with mounted on common base frame along with sound proof enclosure (acoustic enclosure), 1500 RPM, with silencer pipe independently supported from Engine to outside upto 01 meter , AVM padded foundation as per manufacturer's design, cold starting kit, battery start with suitable size cable for connection from DG Set to panel board complete with and incl the following :-

Serial Item No 12.32 (Contd/-) (a) PRIME MOVER: Vertical diesel engine of suitable cap water cooled (Radiator mounted), turbocharger,closed circuit as per BS 649 or IS 10002 direct injection type turbo charged electric starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. The DG Set shall be capable of running 24 hrs continuously with 10 % overloading for 01 hrs in every 12 hrs as per BS 5514/BS649. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fitting as per manufacturer recommendation and mounted on common base frame with following accessories as per manufacturer design :- (i) RPM cum Hrs meter. Serial Item No 12.32 (Contd/-) (b) ALTERNATOR :- Alternator rating 160 KVA/128 KW, 03 phase 50 cycles, 415 Volts, 04 wires supply at NTP 0.8 PF running @ 1500 RPM self excited, self regulated mounted on a strong fabricated steel frame suitable for mounting on permanent foundation to be coupled with the above engine. The alternator shall be confirming to BS - 2613 or IS-4722. (c) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE :- (i) DG set shall be fitted with acoustic enclosure suitable for 160 KVA as per manufacturer instruction and confirming to CP CB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 mtr at 75% load under free field condition acoustic enclosure shall compile shall revised noise limit for DG set vide GSR - 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002 and its amendments under environment (projection) act 1996 issued by Min of Environment and forest. (ii) The exhaust system and noise suppressor shall be provide with thermal insulation, to prevent excess heat radiation on the engine and safe for operator. (iii) Absorption type non resistance Residential silencer insulated from inside with glass wool shall be provided to suppress exhaust noise from the engine. (d) CONTROLLER PANEL:- Controller panel with multifunctional meter shall be provided to monitor all parameters of the DG set as per OEM standard specification. (e) OTHER FITTINGS;- (i) Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of triods, rectifier, capacitor and resistor etc. Note:- The battery charger should be able to charge the battery at all the time whenever electrical supply given to the battery charger through control panel are electric power point. (f) FUEL TANK of suitable capacity as per manufacturer instructions capable to store 12 hrs running of DG set, as per manufacturer design, with all pipes connecting upto fuel pumps including oil level indicating gauge in ltrs, drain and air vent plug etc.

Note:- (i) Contractor will satisfactorily conduct load test of DG set for 12 hours including run on 10% overload for 1 hour at their own risk, cost and arrangement. (iii) Fuel/ oil required for load test shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof is deemed to be included in the lump sum amount quoted by the contractor.

Supply, fixing and commissioning of Servo Controlled Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second and efficiency 98% of capacity of 150 KVA including oil, electrical connection incomming / outgoing proper with aluminium lugs & UG aluminium cable etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of outdoor type cubical panel board (Feeder pillar), suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz and type tested at CPRI at 415 Volt factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process powder coated in approved shard having thickness not less than 100 mircrons provided with suitable gasket to make it dust /vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS 8623793 comprising of the following :- INNER SHELL : Inner shell shall be made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gears, front & back openable single door system by keys. To accomodate incomer / outgoing MCCBs and TPN copper busbar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB.
