Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors & paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B - 1, 1:2:4 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course over sub base to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on floors for laying floor finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Coloured chequrred cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for cement concrete 75mm thick type D - 2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to receive floor finish etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in concrete, brick work masonary, etc including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concretecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel work in angle iron post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilled holes, notching for wire, embeding in concrete etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel in flat, round or square bars, in available lengthsconfirming FE 290 (gde E165) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth incl preparing new zinc or galvanised surfaces to receive painting by coating with mordant solution incl washing and cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F chain link fencing of MS GI wire mesh of size 100 x 100 mm of 3 mm dia of GI wire incl line wires any mesh, size and type to any type standards rails straining bolts, etc incl provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or squareheads at one end andscrewed the other, orscrewed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or squarenut, exc 5cm long but not exec 15cm & of neck 11-15mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F MS 10 mm dia round bar and fixed independently to angle iron for chain link fencing cut to length, bend to shape reqd and directed including taking down old rusted part complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone/PCC block/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and, setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per Srl Item No 20.00 here-in-before except precast cement concrete block.

M&L for dismantling Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens intrellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvers and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding and frame work set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on wall etc incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers, finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coat cement base paint over priming with alkali resistant priming paint on new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 100mm thick type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate over rammed earth as in sub base to receive floor finish etc ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
