SCHEDULE 'A' PART I Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, laying of cables or pipes (where provided) and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking out old unservicable under ground LT XLPE / PVC cable of any size from trenches / wall / roof / road / pipe / pole / DB including taking out of brick layer of cable protection complete all as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing LT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.50 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 03 above but for cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 core

All as per serial item No. 03 above but for cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core Note for serial item No. 03 TO 05:- (i) Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning & GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item)

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type 1, Flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repair GI tubing, light grade, 80 mm bore with all fittings for cable and earth continuity strip protection laid in trenches/fixed to poles/along wall/under road/across the drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable root indicator made out from 40 x 6 mm angle iron of 450 mm long riveted or welded with 100 mm dia CI or MS round disc duly engraved 'LT CABLE' in letters and brown colour including grouted into the ground with PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate of size plain cement concrete foundation 20 cm x 20 cm x 30 cm deep from ground level including earth work complete all as directed.

Material and labour for making the hole under road and hard standing for laying and incluidng inserting Galvanised steel light grade pipe of 100 mm dia including all fittings as required at site by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as per existing surface completed all as specified and directed. Note : The rate of Galvanised steel light grade pipe of 100 mm dia is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level sorrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt fliing in alternate layers etc and connected to and including 32 x 6 mm GI strip upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 20 mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mmC/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) including excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 including taking down old unserviceable existing earthing.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART II Taking out from trenchs / from under roads existing old unservicable rusted / corroded GI pipe 25 mm bore and connections including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying, jointing and testing of Steel water tubing 25 mm bore ISI marked medium grade galvanised including tube fittings Viz Tees, Socket bends elbows, union nipple etc screwed and socketed joint laid in trenches/under road complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Gun metal globe or gate valve for 25 mm bore iron pipe , with iron wheel head, screwed both ends conforming to IS 778 - 1984 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Gun metal globe or gate valve for 15 mm bore iron pipe , with iron wheel head, screwed both ends conforming to IS 778 - 1984 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making the hole under road and hard standing for laying and inserting Galvanised steel light grade pipe of 15 mm to 25 mm dia as required at site by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as per existing surface completed all as specified and directed.
