Demolition of brick/cement concrete (unreinforced) from existing roof/terrace etc and also removing/taking down of existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position including cleaning the surfaces of roof etc with wire brush complete and removing the retreived debris out side MD land, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course over RCC roof surface etc to achieve required slope including making rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with Liquid Water Proofing Compound as per manufactures instruction by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for applying one coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane over roof, complete all as specifiedand directed.

M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed: - (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160gm/Sqcm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as u:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm. (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%.

Hydraulically machine pressed cement concrete tiles of size 300x300X20mm thick (with grey cement and pigment), set in neat cement slurry laid over terrace and roofs etc including provision of 15mm thick cement screed bedding layer in CM 1:4 mixed with polymer based liquid water proofing compound as per the manufacturer's instructions, tiles joints shall be grouted and immediately after grouting, the joints shall be pointed flush in CM 1:3 (in separate process) mixed with polymer based liquid water proofing compound as per the manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Liquid Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as supply only).

S&F in repair brass float ball valve assembly for 15mm bore pipe, high pressure grade with polythene float, fly nuts, screwed to GI pipe or brass ferrule, provision of GI fittings viz. nipples, check nuts, reducers, elbow, sockets, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 25mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks, double layered (ISI marked) of 1000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, including provision of necessary fittings for connecting the overflow, drain out, inlet and outlet pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks, double layered (ISI marked) of 2000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, including provision of necessary fittings for connecting the overflow, drain out, inlet and outlet pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix 25mm bore Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kg/cm2 and including all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 40 mm bore Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kg/cm2 and including all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime mortar plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc, including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/'Soundplast PMC-1' of M/s Sound buildcare pvt.Ltd/ or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC (Note : - The rate inclusive of scaffolding as required)

M & L for removing loose, disturbed or disintegrated old concrete surfaces of RCC beam, column, lintel, pardi, railing etc, cleaning thoroughly exposed reinforcement, by sand blasting using suitable pump as directed by the GE, preparing exposed concrete surfaces to receive guniting, applying one coat of anti corrosive paint to the exposed reinforcement, supply and fix welded wire mesh of size 100 x 100 mm of 3 mm dia wire, weight not less than 1.37 Kg/Sqm & binding with 22 guage mild steel (annealed) binding wire to reinforcement and applying pressure guniting in cement mortar 1:3, minimum thickness 30 mm and thereafter rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3, mixed with water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement to match with the existing surfaces, removing the debris outside MD land including material and labour for necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement for guniting work, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- The finish of the surfaces to be matched with the existing surface. WPC shall be measured & paid separately as supply only).

S & F 160mm bore PVC rain water pipe type 'A', single socketed, in any length with and including ruber ring joints, complete fixed to wall with necessary stay clamps etc and also including taking down existing RWP of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 160mm bore PVC (SWR) Bends/Shoes with and including rubber ring joints, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for New plastered surface for the surfaces of existing exterior walls, parapet walls, chajjas, etc. by brooming down or wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including washing down with water etc, preparing the surfaces and there after applying one coat of Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd as approved by the GE or one coat of Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicryl 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstic PDE 600 elastomeric coating (the surfaces after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified & directed. Note: The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE.
