Dismantling Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including thatching any type, mud phuska etc including cleaning the surface by water/air pressure and removal of debrish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed (Note : Height of bldg upto 4th story).

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding/kerb, mud slopes, rounded or chamfered edge complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work or green concrete surface alongwith mixing of WPC @3% of cement content.(Note: WPC rates are included in quoted rate of the item)

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP water proofing membrane 3mm thick & weighing not less than 3.0 kg/sqm of approved make black finish & reinforced with non woven polyester matt of min 150 gm/sqm laid over a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Ltr/sqm over prepared roof surfaces, forcing overlap with a propane or a butane gas torch with a overlap of 75mm at sides & 100mm at ends & sealing as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as spd and directed. Note :- 1. Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicator only. 2. Bitumen primer, bitumen and membrane shall be of same make/manufacturer.

M&L for cutting groove in brick wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horiaontal face of groove with cement Mortar 1:3 for fixing of APP membrane and filling the groove with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate after inserting membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same mannercomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with well burnt sub-class B bricks straight or curved on plain exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 12-15mm thick in Ready Mix plaster on brick work, parapet wall, roof beam floor beam and coloumn etc on brick or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth, work including taking down cement plaster any description from wall surface and removing rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed and including necessary scafolding. S&F 500 Ltr rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks tripple layered cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including necessary fittings after dismantling of old tank all as specified and directed.
