Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flat fair finished form work to sides and soffits of floor/plinth or roof beams, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on internal wall surfaces and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for joint free Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x450mmx7mm/350x250x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and riser to steps ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection including finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately)

M & L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & their Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50x100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed.. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). ® Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in imension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable.
