Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation drains, pipes (not exceeding 1.5mt in width) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying of stone soling in excavated trenches duly hand packed on level including carriage up to site of work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding cost of centring and shuttering.

In 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 stone aggregate 40mm)

In 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 stone aggregate 20mm)

Providing and laying DPC 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand 4 stone aggregate 20mm size.

Cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand 4 stone aggregate 20mm size) finished with floating coat of neat cement slurry and curing (50mm thick).

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of class designation 75 up to floor v level including curing in 1:6 mix ( 1 cement : 6 sand)

In foundation and plinth

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fasts lugs or with dash fasteners (KD wood).

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stones in foundation and plinth with band stones (nallah) including carriage up to site of work.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, lintels, stairs cases up to floor v level including curing but excluding shuttering and reinforcement in 1:1.5:3 (stone agg 20mm).

Mild steel reinforcement in position including necessary cuttings, bindings and placing in position including cost of binding wire including carriage.

Cantering shuttering, including strutting and propping etc. and removal of form work in

a) Foundation, footings

b) In suspended floor

c) In beams.

d) In stair

e) Edges of slab (under 20cm wide)

12mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 mix ( 1 cement :4 sand)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws.

Doors shutters 35mm thick with decorative both sides (F.Wood) = 13.66 Sqmts

Glazed shutters 30mm thick (f wood)

Wire guaze shutters 30mm thick (F.wood)

Providing hoisting and fixing trusses/purlins/rafters/posts/post plates or like components including cost of screws etc complete (F Wood)

Providing and fixing of Anchor bolts of 16mm dia 9" long

Providing 40x5mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 stone agg 20mm

Providing corrugated GS sheet roofing including vertical/curved surfaces fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia with GS limpet washer 0.80mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqmts.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall with plain GS sheets fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts nuts with washer (0.80mm)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface (2mm).
