Repair and maintenance of Kitchen equipment on day to day basis as and when required for round the clock functioning, testing all components/parts, wiring etc identifying the defects if any complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. There are total 05 Nos of kitchen including bakery and pantry. The detail of kitchen equipment/machine installed at cadet mess are as under:- (a) Boiling Pans, Bulk Cooker, Brat Pan Tilting gear, Deep Fat Fryer, Veggie Washer, Bread Toaster, Dough kneading machine, Potato peeler, Meat mincer, shallow egg fryer, Dish washing machine conveyer type, Dish washing machine hood type, scorn plate, Buffet Counter cum refrigerator, frying pan, Hot plate griller, Bread slicing machine, Idali steamer, pulve riser, Egg Beater, spiral mixer, Masala grinder, Sandwitch griller, Combi Oven, Rotary Oven, Muffing Dopping Machine, Humidifying chamber, Four door refrigerator, Tandoor Charcoal heated, Tea Boiler and Hot cup boards at Sqn Building etc. Note: (i) The rate against the above mentioned items is deemed for cost of labour only. Contractor is responsible to provide 24 x 7 call back service and repair facility through competent and well experience technician/repairers. No equipment/ machine will be left unserviceable for more than 24 Hours. (ii) Every kitchen equipment/machinery may be addressed more than one time as required at site condition and will be measured as a separate job. (iii) Cost of spares replaced against above mentioned item will be measured and paid separately. (iv) If any equipment/machine cannot be repaired at site and required to send them to civil workshop, the contractor shall be responsible for Loading, unloading & transportation of the equipment from site to civil workshop and after got repaired re-installed at their original position/site without any extra cost to the department. (v) If any equipment/machine is found unserviceable for more than 24 Hours from the time it was reported to the contractor in writing during the term of this contract recovery of Rupees 500/- per such unserviceable equipment per day will be imposed and the amount will be recovered from the amount due to the contractor. Regarding this the decision of GE will be final and binding.

M & L for complete overhauling of Double Oven cum cooking range including disconnecting, removing worn out nichrome wire coil, refractory block, studs, male/female connector porcelain beeds & oven doors & supply new refractory block duly embedded with nichrome wire coil 22/24 gauge, porcelain beeds, studs porcelain male/female connectors, asbestos sheet bedding and making electric connections and oven hinged doors of size 26"x22" febricated glass wool insulated of 35mm thick covered with 16 gauge SS sheet with locking arrangement of doors and testing etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for servicing of Air curtain by opening the air curtain and taking down complete including correcting defects like alignment of wheel /shaft, cleaning of blower, replacement of worn out bearing as per existing to made air curtain serviceable including greasing, cleaning and testing etc to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of direct on line starters in sheet metal enclosure type MK-1, 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase for air curtain and relay max range 11-18 A complete including incoming and outgoing connections as per site requirement or suitable/ compatible to existing air curtain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete overhauling and taking down unserviceable parts of coconut scrapper, 34 Kg weight, 1-ph/3-ph, 0.5 HP SS body and made it serviceable by replacing all defective/worn out parts of it including motor and gear assembly etc, cleaning, testing and commissioning to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete servicing/overhauling and taking down unserviceable parts of Rotary Oven of Capacity to brake 420 Loves/batch, Size (2900x2150x2400)mm, 3-ph, 6.5 KW, diesel fired, fuel injector, Motor with blower and replacing all defective/worn out parts including motor, blower, fuel injector etc, cleaning the slots of blower & greasing to all moveable parts wherever required, 'V' belt, Calibration of control board, Cutting & welding, testing and commissioning including operating demo shall be given through professional and competent firm / technician / service engineer in this field in presence and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete overhauling and taking down unserviceable parts of Dish Washer Machine, Hood Type Size (635x750x1500)mm and made it serviceable by replacing all defective/worn out parts of it including motor, gear assembly, electronic control card (PCB), control wiring, power cord, Calibration of control board, cleaning, testing and commissioning including operating demo shall be given through professional and competent firm / technician / service engineer in this field in presence and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete overhauling and taking down unserviceable parts of Dish Washer Conveyer Type, IFB 2000 Plates/hrs, 3-ph, 26 KW and made it serviceable by replacing all defective/worn out parts of it including motor, gear assembly, washing filters, electronic control card (PCB), control wiring, power cord, Calibration of control board, cutting & welding to base frame, handle, including cleaning, testing & commissioning etc and operating demo shall be given through professional and competent firm / technician / service engineer in this field in presence and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete overhauling and taking down unserviceable parts of Waste Pulper imported 7.5 KW, 3-ph and made it serviceable by replacing all defective/worn out parts of it including cleaning, testing & commissioning etc to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete overhauling and taking down unserviceable parts of buffet counter cum refrigerator 0.75 HP compressor, Size (72x27x34+22) and made it serviceable by replacing all defective/worn out parts of it including compressor, filling/ charging of gas/refrigerant, cleaning, testing & commissioning etc to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete overhauling and taking down unserviceable parts of table hot plate with griller, Size (48x27x37+6) and made it serviceable by replacing all defective/worn out parts of it including cleaning, testing & commissioning etc to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE For item Ser No. 71 to 96 :- (a) If any equipment/machine cannot be repaired at site and required to be sent to civil workshop, the contractor shall be fully resposible for Loading, unloading & transportation of the equipment from site to civil workshop and after repair, re-install the same at their original position/site as directed by engr-in-charge without any extra cost to the department. (b) Loading, Unloading and Shifting of Kitchen Equipment from Store Room to work place i.e. Cadet Mess/Officer Mess (Distance not more than 3 km one way) is the responsibility of Contractor without any cost to the department.
