Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor (unreinforced) paving n. exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including tiling if any complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 to 15 mm thick HRP stone hexagon brown multi 300x300 mm ceramic parking/pathway tiles for outdoor area, 10 to 15 mm thick jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for multicolour vitrified outdoor heavy duty parking tiles 12 mm thick size 400x400 mm matt finish for outdoor area, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for multicolour modern elevator external wall tiles matt, wood look size 10x15/18x12/24x12 inch complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of walls and making the surface rough to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick size machine cut kota stone slab flooring, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finish in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (square /rectangular) joint free area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm, but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for sand cushioning for paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment for path etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, lintels and the like etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm stone aggregate) as in flooring and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, masonry, brick work etc including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops in shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc and flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes in any type of soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, including removing of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling, mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC coated GI chain fencing 50x50 mm, wire dia 2.4 to 4 mm, 60 GSM including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel screw bolts (machine made) diameter of neck 16 to 20 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 15 cm and n exc 22.5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required and conforming to gde Fe 410- W (Gde E-250) quality A for securing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc. but not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavation material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate type B-1, 1:2:4 on as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves, chajjas and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to fair finished soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, base of column, raft, raft beam sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beam for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for frame work such as grills, gratings, railings, frame work of water tanks and the like conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel gate including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc framed work, forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filleting of section n exc 25 Sqcm in any position and to any shape in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Dr. fixit roof seal classic acrylate with PU coats (two coats with self priming), insulating elastomeric waterproof coating on prepared surfaces of pressure washed with water for removing dust, dirt, chaiking, fungus, algae, mould, living organisms etc and waste products etc. of roof, terraces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of credit (calculation will be done off line) Rs. 134500.00
