Repairing of Existing Damaged Wall and MS Grill around Very High Dih Mound of Tarkulwa Dist Deoria

Provision for Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Provision for Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone- III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

Provision for Brick work with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone III): 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size).

Provision for Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Provision for Brick work with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in.

12 mm thick cement thick plaster 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) complete in all respect for superstructure.

Providing and fixing MS grill size 1.95m x 1.20m with M.S. angle 50 x 50 x 5mm, MS flat 50mm x 5mm and16 mm square bar including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and making bhala at top of each 16mm square bar with supply of all T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Provision for Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturer’s specifications: Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufactures specifications: Two or more coats applied on walls@ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer [email protected] ltr/10 sqm.

Provision for Fitting and Fixing of stone Benches as per size top platform 1 No X 2.00M X 0.60 M X0.10 M and vertical base 2 no X 0.45 m X 0.15 M x 0.60 M Including finishing and fixing in concrete base with supply of all materials labour T&P etc. Complete.

Provision for installation of stainless steel dustbin set fitting and fixing with frame including all material T&P complete. Size 20” x 30”

Provision for new small M.S. gate of size 3.00m x2.00m with 50 x 50 x 5mm size MS angle and16 mm square bar including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and making bhala at top of each 16mm square bar and locking arrangement, hinges with supply of all T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Provision for dismantling and removing old exist M.S. Gate at Tarkulwa Mound.

Provision for new small M.S. gate of size 1.10m x1.00m with 50 x 50 x 5mm size MS angle and16 mm square bar including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and making bhala at top of each 16mm square bar and locking arrangement, hinges with supply of all T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ).
