Dismantling AC sheeting, thickness including eves gutter / rain water pipe complete & removal all as specified

Material and labour for Rolled mild hollow steel sections steel of grade YSt 310 conform to IS 4923-1997 in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, bracing and fastenings including distance pieces, cleats etc. Note:- The steel trusses shall be provide as per TD no CESZ/STD/26.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement sand mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars , etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts of GI pipe and making good dismantled portion in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 exceeding one brick.

Material and labour for Brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour of vitrified ceramic tiles,double charged dark coloured shade, 10 mm thick of square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.36 Sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:4)complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 11 here-in-before but to vertical surfaces such as skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) complete
