M & L for dismantling and carrying out repairs like threading at ends of existing pipe, removing broken unserviceable legs, long rails, short rails, elbows and check nuts welding joints wherever necessary and threading at both ends, fixing new elbows and check nuts, reassembling the GI charpoy complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.(Dawing No. FD-220/77). Note: Long rails, Short rails, Stiffner, elbow and check nuts required to be replaced will be measured and paid separately as supply only. However, the fixing charge including welding shall be deemed to include in the rate quoted in this item.

Supply only GI 32mm dia 3Way elbow for GI pipe Charpoy all as shown on drawing and directed.

Supply only GI check nut for GI pipe charpoy all as shown on drawing and directed.

Supply only 30 mm x 4mm MS flat iron stiffener duly drilled for fixing of ply top to be welded to long rail at both sides of GI Charpoy all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply only 32 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade duly threaded at both ends for long rail of GI Charpoy all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply only 32mm dia GI medium Short rail dully thredding to both ends to required size all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Conversion of old GI long rail in to short rail by cutting & thredding to both ends to required size all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Conversion of old GI Short rail in to Lages of Charpoy by cutting & thredding to ends to required size all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply only 32 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade duly threaded at both ends for short rail of GI Charpoy all as shown on drawing and as directed.

M & L for removing existing unserviceable table top and supply and fix new top with 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade-I, with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround duly polished on all sides all as shown on drawing and as directed for the following:-.Table Office Officer Steel (FD-84/1003)

M & L for removing the existing unserviceable locking device from Almirah large/medium/locker steel and S & F new locking device with duplicate keys of approved make all as specified and as directed. Make Sheel/Navtal

M & L for removing the unserviceable damaged legs of steel Almirah large/medium / locker steel (FD-67M / 1031 / 243 / 1032 / 257) and providing new legs made out of 18 gauge mild steel sheet into required shape including necessary welding and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer by spraying machine to match with existing all as shown on drawing and as directed

M & L for removing of old unserviceable/broken Hasp & Staple of locker steel bed side (FD-67M / 1031 / 243 / 1032 / 257) and S & F new 75mm aluminium anodized Hasp & Staple, fixed with 10mm dia MS rivets complete all as shown on drawing and as directed

M & L for removing of old unserviceable/broken handle from Almirah large/ medium /locker steel bed side (FD-67M / 1031 / 243 / 1032 / 257)and S & F new mild steel handle complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

M & L for removing of old unserviceable cleats from Almirah large/medium steel and supply and weld new cleats made out of 14 gauge mild steel sheet of 25 x 35 mm including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint light grey over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including prepartion to match with existing all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of old unserviceable castor wheel from chair revolving/ executive /computer with new castor wheel including welding, greasing and adjusting complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for replacement of old unserviceable height adjustment mechanism from chair revolving/executive/computer with new one including greasing and adjusting completes all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of old faded Tapestry cloth of Chair revolving/executive and computer all as specified and as direced

Removing U/S seat and back of chair CBA steel (FD-75M) and replacing of new seat and back of chair CBA steel as per Drg Chair CBA steel with arms all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for removing the existing unserviceable or worn out nylon newar/plywood top of Charpoy GI/Charpoy OR Steel and S & F new 12mm thick Ply wood top, commercial BWR Grade, type BB, ISI Marked with nut & bolts to stiffeners and rails of charpoy all as shown on drawing and directed.
