Self-declaration letter shall be uploaded by the tenderer stating that he has not been defaulted or blacklisted by any Central /state Govt. or public Sector undertaking of India
The bidders shall furnish the satisfactorily completed Work done certificate as a prime contractor for at least one similar work such as Construction of Building work of value not less than Rs 13.77 lakhs within stipulated time period issued by any of the Government/ Public Sector Under taken by GOK in the Last 5 years (i.e., FY 2019-20, FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24)
The bidder/tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should produce required valid BWSSB water supply and sanitary license of Class 3 and above along with their undertaking letter of the agency to execute the water supply and sanitary works total amounting to Rs.1.25 lakhs in any one year
The bidders shall be a valid Registered KPWD Civil contractor of Class-III and above and the same shall be uploaded.
The bidders should upload valid GST registration certificate, PAN card
Quantity executed in any one year in the last five years i.e. FY 2019-20, FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24 the following minimum quantities of work
The tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid electrical license from KPWD or Chief Electrical Inspectorate to Gov (Energy Department of Karnataka) along with consent/under taking letter for executing building electrification works total amounting to Rs. 0.95 lakhs in any one year
Each tenderer should further demonstrate : Availability by owning the required /specified key and critical equipment for this work
The bidders shall furnish the turnover certificate achieved in at least One financial year a minimum financial turnover for an amount not less than Rs. 55.06 lakhs in the Last 5 years (i.e. FY 2019-20, FY 2020-21, FY 2021-22, FY 2022-23 & FY 2023-240 issued from a Registered Chartered Accountant along with P & L statement should be uploaded
The bidder shall upload Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities/ line of credit of value not less than Rs 16.52 Lakhs that is 30% of cost the work issued from any Nationalized/ Scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. after this notification date duly mentioning the name of the work, in favour of the Superintending Engineer (Ele), Bangalore South Circle, BESCOM, Bangalore, shall be submitted duly scanned
Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated
The bidder shall be domicile of Karnataka from past 10 years and bidder shall be uploaded domicile certificate issued from the tehsildar.
