Supply of galvanized steel tubular (round hollow tubes) pipes with top cap welded swaged of the length 8 meters of 114.3mm outer diameter of thickness 4.5mm (Medium) including welding of bottom plate of size 0.25mx0.25m (Galvanization: Priming coat of approved steel primer and galvanization of 100 micron for steel work).The cost includes the supply at work sites including the loading and unloading and transportation

Fixing of 8m Galvanized pipe in excavated trench of size 0.45mx0.45mx0.90m and providing &laying with cement concrete with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in the excavated trench and also above ground level of size 0.45mx0.45mx0.20m. Cost includes of all operations involved for providing and fixing of pipe like excavation of earth work, providing & laying of cement concrete including centering and shuttering etc and sign writing on poles with paint as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Trenching at Road crossings/from nearest U/G joint (Ordinary Rock) rocks which can be excavated by splitting with crowbars or picks and does not require blasting, wedging)

Trenching at Road crossings/from nearest U/G joint(Hard Rock) trenching is to be carried out by chiseling, wedging use of rock hammers and cutters

Horizontal Directional Drilling for laying of U/G PLB pipes to a standard depth of 165cm as specified in laying practices of OF Cable by HDD method
