S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail. M & L for five layered roof treatment with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane, 2mm thick having centre core not less than 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 micron HMHDPE film weight not less than 3 Kg/ Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen Grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS- 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/ Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel framed work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc including drilling for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) quality-A complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge any thicknes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC (corrugated, semicorrugated etc.) sheets of any thickness in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Durashine of Tata Blue Scope and Dura Steel of Everest/JSW.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet, 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Durashine of Tata Blue Scope and Dura Steel of Everest/JSW.

S & F 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with grade of zinc coating 275gm/sqm & two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws and washers in roofs etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with grade of zinc coating 275gm/sqm & two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws and washers in roofs etc. complete all as specified & directed. NOTE: Old serviceable sheets retrieved vide Sl item no 135.00 here in before shall be reused.

S & F 0.63mm plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley, gutters drip etc with grade of zinc coating 120gm/sqm complete all as specified & directed.

S & F 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only AC (corrugated or semicorrugated ) as in roof coverings complete all as specified & directed. NOTE: Old serviceable AC Sheets retrieved vide Sl Item no 136.00 shall be reused.

S & F asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain wing ridge 6mm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover filletsS & F false ceiling with Fibre Cement Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness(as per IS: 14862) of size 595x595 mm and any one of the desin (occeanic, lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length, and 15x32mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet, and cross "T" of size 15x32mm made of 0.30 mm sheet, spaced between main "T" at 600mm c/c to form a grid of 600X600mm and wall angle of size 15x20mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixures,smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing rafter, purlin,etc with dash fasteners,GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with gavanised Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T-sections shall be centra black pre-painted with polyester paint, and having a load bearing capacity of 12 kg/sqm, all complete at all height complete all as specified and directed.
