Construction of 2nd H. L. Bridge over Tamga Jore Nallah at Ch.10/000km on Sundargarh Lephripada road (MDR-27) in the District of Sundargarh for the year 2026-27

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material upto 1000m lead including cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause-201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m in all respect as per approved drawing and Technical Sepction as per Section 900 and Clause 301 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direciton of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from foundation of CD & structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause -305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Loosening to a depth of 150mm, leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment /sub-grade as per approved drawing andtechnical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305, 305.3.4 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(5th Revision)

Providing compacted granular materials in shoulder by using moorum of approved quality, watering and compacting with PRR to achieve the required density in OMC complete in all respect as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 401 and 408 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Grading-VI Material as per table 400-2, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).

Providing laying and compacting graded stone agregate to Wet Mix Macadum specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base and base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive desired density etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and applying primer coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer @0.60 kg / sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion @0.20kg/sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
