Charges for Cleaning of all cooling water line, water jacket, checking of all air and Water line for any leakage in service air and instrument air compressor. Including cost of consumables and T & P's.

Charges for Dismantling of the Inter Cooler bunch then checking for leakage & plugging the leak tubes Service and Instrument Air Compressor Inclusive of Hydro test. Including cost of consumables and T & P's.

Charges for Assembling of the Inter Cooler bunch then checking for leakage & plugging the leak tubes in Service and Instrument Air Compressor Inclusive of Hydro test. Including cost of consumables and T & P's.

Charges for Dismantling of the After Cooler bunch then checking for leakage & plugging the leak tubes Service and Instrument Air Compressor Inclusive of Hydro test. Including cost of consumables and T & P's.

Charges for Providing scaffolding arrangements of '5' meter height for inspection and cleaning of inside the receiver tank - 08 nos, Providing supports for instrument and service air lines from compressor house to Unit - I repair bay -26 nos , Overhauling of 200 NB Compressor air valves -04 nos located above 5 meter areas (remaing -28 nos located in 2.5 meter areas, 1 meter areas. Including cost of consumables and T & P's.

Charges for Overhauling of 01 No. 200 ball valve in Service and Instrument air header in Compressor house and and Turbine floor areas of both units work involves Removing from air pipe line, completely dismantling, cleaning, inspection, renewing the damaged spares, machining of worn out area in the flange seating area etc., welding of SS 316 ball seating, grinding of SS 316 ball seating, profile machining and buffing, reassembling, pressure testing, painting, and re-fixing in the pipe line with rubber gasket, bolts & nuts. Including cost of consumables and T & P's.

Charges for Overhauling of 80 mm Gate valve in Compressor hot air outlet line & to 150mm hand operated Gate in dryer outlet line. Including cost, consumables and T & P's.

Charges for replacement of deteroited supports and providing new supports for 200NB G.I pipe lines in Instrument air & Service air header from compressor house upto Unit - I Repair bay including cutting, drilling, fixing clamps and fastners and welding if necessary (Required iron & steel materials supplied by TANGEDCO).Including cost of consumables and T & P's.

Charges for Carrying out renewal of Manhole door gaskets and Cleaning of inner surface of Air Receiver Tanks of Unit 2 & Compressor house. Including cost of gasket, consumables and T & P's.

Charges for Erection of 200 NB SS valve in the Instrument air header, Service air header, Compressor cooling water lines in compressor house and Unit -I near phosphate dosing pump ( valves will be supplied by the TANGEDCO) including cost of consumables and T&Ps.

Charges for plasma cutting and edge preparation of 80 NB S.S pipe in compressor intercooler and after cooler drain lines .Including cost of consumables and T&Ps.

Charges for SS welding of one full circle joint in 80 NB SS pipe in compressor intercooler and after cooler drain lines .Including cost of consumables and T&Ps.

Overhauling of Motor operating air valve in service air compressor air outlet valve and interconnection valve. Including cost of consumables and T&Ps.

Charges for transporting the new pipeline and devolute the deteoriated pipelines and all the released scrap to central stores.
