Sand filling in plinth including Supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 km. (5 miles) from the site of work and including watering, ramming, dressing etc. labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :Along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 litres / sqm of the vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300mm including excavation channel along the wall & rodding etc. complete:With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level All works upto all levels: 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
