Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Brick work with flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ Brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings, etc. n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) as in surface channel, coping etc. and removing debris and rubbish out of the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed concrete for drain,Surface channel and finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished of drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped

M & L plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including providing 10mm thick joints filled with bituminous & sand mixture (1:7) at not exc 3.00 mt intervals & at corners and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of existing concrete complete all as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete(1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) of 100 mm thick as in Path / PCC floor, finished even and fair including demolition of existing concrete complete all as directed.

M & L Precast Cement Concete louvres and jalli 1:3:6 (Nominal Mix) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, set in Cement Mortar (1:4), 25 mm thick, including all moulding but excluding frame including demolition of old jalli complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished even & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concete 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix) Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs set in Cement Mortar (1:4) including necessary form, mould work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars (Fe 500D) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in sub base to receive tiles.

M & L for granite work (of any type) 20 (+/- 2) mm (table rubbed and polished) in pillars and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Paving vitrified parking tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 12 mm thick (heavy duty), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in foot path with white cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm/ 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, pre-polished set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey/colour cement and pigment in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of bricks laid flat in drains, channels, aprons, etc. (each layer) in laid dry or laid dry and pointed as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Material and labour for bricks, sub class 'B' laid flat,in floors, old size bricks laid dry and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc

S & F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250, Quality - B complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165.

Taking down and Refixing of MS/SS steel gate including necessary repairs / replacement/Welding of parts if required , repairing hold fast and greasing in joints of hinges etc including making good the disturbed surface of brick / RCC wall in existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down flat iron of any size,any length from fencing post and refixing in same position with bolts and nuts whereever reqd after completion of painting work complete all as specified and directed.(Paint work shall be measured and paid separate)

Taking down round bar of 10mm/12mm size from fencing post and refixing in same position with proper binding after completion of painting work complete all as specified and directed.(Paint work shall be measured and paid separate)

Dismantling Fencing wire mesh, any type.

S & F PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of 2.00 mm dia GI wire and outer dia 3 mm mesh size 75 x 75 mm (including thickness of PVC coating) approved quality all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out emebedded portion of concrete, brick work, masonry and making good disturbed ground.

Excavating in post holes not exc. 0.5 cum in each and getting out in soft / loose soild and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and making good the surface.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filing and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Providing reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-I, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm but n. exc 250 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred topes and including reinforcement complete as directed and fixed.

S & F for flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both end each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm but n exc 15 cm long of 5 to 10 mm dia of neck.

S & F for mild steel bars round bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required for securing chain link fencing of grade Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of trees/plants/vines/climbers on vertical face of chain link fencing/compound wall and removing the plant waste to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as directed .

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces applying two coats of Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade@ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.
