Manning and operation of Sewage treatment plant round the clock including Sunday and Holiday in Varanasi Cantt for continuous duration of 8 hours in First Shift from 0600 Hours to 1400 Hours with one skilled Electrician and One Helper on each day complete including routine preventive maintenance of all water pumps / Chemical dosing pumps / blowers / DG set / Electric panel and all equipment complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning and operation of Sewage treatment plant round the clock including Sunday and Holiday in Varanasi Cantt for continuous duration of 8 hours in Second Shift from 1400 Hours to 2200 Hours with one skilled Electrician and One Helper on each day complete including routine preventive maintenance of all water pumps / Chemical dosing pumps / blowers / DG set / Electric panel and all equipment complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning and operation of Sewage treatment plant round the clock including Sunday and Holiday in Varanasi Cantt for continuous duration of 8 hours in Third Shift from 2200 Hours to 0600 Hours with one skilled Electrician and One Helper on each day complete including routine preventive maintenance of all water pumps / Chemical dosing pumps / blowers / DG set / Electric panel and all equipment complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : For above items [a] FOL shall be issed free of cost by the department and contractor shall be maintained the proper record of issue or cunsumption of fuel and submit daily log sheet to Engineer-in-Charge for record. [b] The contractor shall employ skilled electriican / FGM having "ITI" certificate from Govt / Recognised Institute having minimum five year experience for maintenance of electrical Installations. [c] Contractor shall be providing reliver of staff with payment for weekly off to the personel emplyed. [d] Contractor shall make payment to staff with adhaar linked bank account through checque not less than minimum fair wages as notify by labour commissioner time to time and submitted xerox copy to Engineer-in-Charge for record. [e] Contractor shall strictly adhere EPF & Insurance policy as applicable of staffs and submit their proof for verification to the Engineer-in-Charge. [f] All operator / Electrician shall be employed after proper police verification and having proper toll kit, hand gloves, safety precaution as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [g] Contractor quoted rates shall be inclusive of all taxes and EPF, Insurance, safety, staff uniform, service tax / GST / Labour welfare tax if applicable. No extra shall be admissible please.

Note : For above items [Contd../. ] [h] Contractor shall also responisble to maintaince of surrounding area of STP and provide necessary tools to remove vegetation / grass / bushes in the periphery boundary wall of the Installation and no extra payment shall be madeto contractor on this account. [j] Necessary log sheet, duty roater and complaint register shall be maintained and supplied by firm and submit / produce to Engineer-in-Charge for verification & their record. [k] In case contactor fails to employ the duty personal in any of the shifts or replacement of staff on as reliver, he shall be liable for panel recovery of Rs. 2000/- per shift and no payment shall be made for that shift.
