Providing and fixing of Steel Roofing Sheet in Safety Yard Area

a) Dismantling of existing flooring and bed concrete etc.,: Carefully dismantling of existing flooring consisting of mosaic tiles/kota stone along with bed mortar/PCC of all thickness as per lift pit and shaft layout drawings. Note: Rate quoted shall include for (i) disposing off the all debris (debris temporarily stacked shall be barricated till disposed off) out of the Bank's premises to a place diretected by municipal corporation (ii) making good the damages to RCC floor etc., with required quantity cement mortar CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) or readymade micro concrete (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 aggregate), etc., complete as directed by the Bank's Engineer. b) Earth work excavation by mechanical means/ manual means for pits including disposal of excavated earth at a place directed by municipal authorities etc., complete as directed by Bank's Engineer. etc., complete. Note: Work shall be carried out carefully without disturbing the structural elements. c) Providing and laying PCC Base course in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 hard stone aggregate 20 mm & down size) for pit including mixing, laying, compacting, shuttering, curing, etc., all complete as per layout drawings.

Providing, cutting, fabricating, hoisting /erecting, fixing in position and welding of MS structural steel built up tubular/rolled sections for framework with approved make materials and grade with required welding as per latest applicable IS standard specifications , etc. complete as directed by the Bank's Engineer. The rate also includes the seamless arc welding throughout, using welding electrodes, except for spikes where tack-welding may be used, wastage to obtain finished sizes,erection machinery/equipment, temporary supporting structure and members required for erection, etc complete as directed by the Bank's Engineer. Providing and applying two or more coats of approved make and shade high sheen satin finish epoxy paint over a coat of approved make zinc chromate primer as per manufacturer specifications/instructions and as directed by the Bank's Engineer, over the exposed surfaces and both sides of the M.S sections, to get the required finish and sheen. Rate shall include preparing the surface by removing the mill scales, rust, dust, etc by sand papering dusting etc. Note: The rate quoted should be inclusive of scaffolding, proper welding with grinding the edges and projections. The entire work should be done in proper line level with good workmanship.

Providing Fabricating and erecting in position roofing of zinc – aluminum alloy coated coloured /natural finish steel sheets (0.5mm thickness) of approved make with necessary fasteners all as per the drawings, based on the manufacturers specifications and etc. complete as directed by the Bank's Engineer.

ACP Sheet Panelling: Providing and fixing 4mm thick ACP sheet of approved make and design on MS Grill frame. The rate quoted should be inclusive of sealent joints, necessary rivets for punching required for fixing ACP sheet on MS grill in proper line and level in proper workmanship and as per manufacturer specificationas and direction of the Banks Engineer ,etc. at all heights complete as per specification and as directed by the Bank's Engineer/ Architect. Note: The rate quoted should be inclusive of scaffolding. Finished elevation area in sqm with multiplying factor as 1 will be measured for payment
