PROCUREMENT OF FLOW TRASMITTER WITH SENSOR

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

The intending bidder shall be OEM/OES/Authorized dealer/Supplier of Flow meter sensor/I & C spares to any power plant/Process industries. the agency shall furnish documentary proof.

The intending bidder should have supplied similar type of materials/any I & C materials to any power plant/ process industry. As proof, the bidder shall furnish a copy of purchase order with a minimum value of Rs.4.00/- lakhs in a single order, executed in any one year during the preceding five financial years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26).

The intending bidder, in their own name, shall have achieved an average annual financial turnover of not less than Rs.8.00/- lakhs in any two years during the last five years. Documentary evidence in support of the same shall be furnished in the form of certified copies of the Profit and Loss account or turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant.

Bidder shall have GST registrations & shall furnish copy of certificate as a documentary proof.

The declaration duly signed in the prescribed format (Annexure - II) has to be enclosed.
