M&L for taking down carefully window type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity, any type/make, from window/wall and removing power connection and front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, servicing including chemical wash of cooling and condenser coil and re-assembling the dismantled components and fixing to its original position, complete all as specified.

M&L for servicing of split type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity, any type/make, at site /wall and removing power connection and front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, servicing including chemical wash of cooling coil of indoor cooling unit and condenser coil of out door unit and re-assembling the dismantled components and fixing to its original position complete all as specified. Note : The cost of additional inlet/outlet copper pipes, drain pipe and electrical cord, if required and making good of surface as original by plastering / whitewash / colour / distemper etc is included in quoated rate and no extra payment will be made to contractor in this effect.

M&L for servicing of water cooler 40/80 or 60/120 ltr capacity, any type/make, at site and removing power connection and drain out water, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, including re-assembling the dismantled components and fixing to its original position and testing the machine to its optimum efficiency complete all as specified. Note for Item No 01 to 03 : The servicing of item, as mentioned in ser no 1, 2 & 3, shall be repeated as and when required to improve the cooling efficiency of machine installed as per the direction of Eng-in-Charge. No extra payment shall be made in this effect.

M&L for shifting of Split type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity, any type/make, with stabilizer including taking down carefully indoor and outdoor unit, copper piping, drain pipe and thermal sleeve, lifting angle etc and installating the same to new location using copper piping of suitable gauge for suction and delivery with insulation, drain pipe and re-fixing arrangement i. e. lifting angle, fastners, nut bolt, washer etc, testing & commissioning, complete all as specified. Note : 1. The cost of making hole for passing through inlet/outlet copper pipes, drain pipe and electrical cord and making good of surface at both location as original by plastering / whitewash / colour / distemper etc is deemed to be included in quoated rate and no extra payment will be made to contractor in this effect. 2. The copper piping will be measured and paid separately under respective item(s) of this Sch. 3.Gas Chargeing deemed in the quoted rate

M&L for shifting of window type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity, any type/make, with stabilizer from one location to another complete with and including making of suitable opening in brick wall or removing aluminum grill and/or glass pane from existing window, including supply and fixing of new wooden frame of suitable size and thickness for proper fixing of outer chassis of AC at new location, making good of disturbed surface as original etc testing & commissioning, complete all as specified. Note : The cost of making suitable opening in brick wall or removing aluminum grill and/or glass pane from existing window and making good of surface at both location as original by plastering / whitewash / colour / distemper etc is included in quoated rate and no extra payment will be made to contractor in this effect.Gas Charge deeed in the quoted rate.

All as per item No 17 above but for refrigerator/deep freezer of 220 ltr and above capacity.
