REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF CENTRAL AIR COOLING SYSTEM AT COMMAND BUILDING AT VAYUSENA NAGAR, NAGPUR

Material and labourfor preparation of old painted surface of bottom tank of AIR washer chamber size approx 4.5mtr X 1.5mtr X 0.3Mtr by removing all dirt, dust, grease, oil etc and painting complete with two coats of water proof paint of approved colour over a coat of red-oxide primer on entire inside surface of tank complete all as specified and directed . Note:(1) At the time of painting process Cost of opening & refixing of filter pad ,angle or tank nut, bolt ,washers etc included in quoted rate.

Material and labourfor for Taking down electric motor 30/25 HP 415 volt coupled to blower unit after disconnecting the electrical connection, and earth connections removing from its foundation and transportation to work shop , checking the serviceability of bearing both side of motor , greasing of bearing up to free rotation of shaft of motor greasing on reassemblying the motor complete, reinstallation on foundation, reconnecting back the cable and earth connections and , varnsihing, drying, opening, overhauling , greasing ,Alignment pump/motor poperly authorised mechnical including repair to foundation if required at site etc complete in all respect and starting the pump all as directed. Note:(1) Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining required RPM after repair ,non compliance of speed considered as incomplete repair. (2) Cost of Rewinnding & Bearings shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down electric motor 0.5 upto 1 HP 415 volt coupled to pump after disconnecting the electrical connection, and earth connections removing from its foundation and transportation to work shop , checking the serviceability of bearing both side of motor , greasing of bearing up to free rotation of shaft of motor complete, greasing on reassemblying the motor to reinstallation on foundation, reconnecting back the cable and earth connections and , varnsihing, drying, ovening, overhauling , greasing ,Alignment pump/motor poperly authorised mechnical including priming of PVC foot valve etc complete in all respect and starting the pump all as directed. Note :(1) Cost of rewinding , Bearings shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item. (2)Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining required including Priming work for motor for taking out water cellouse pads after repair ,non compliance of speed considered as incomplete repair

Supply only spare parts for Motr/pump set of capacity 30/25 HP in repair of vide sr item No.1 as follows:- a) Supply only shaft of AHU Motor any make any size as per exiting motor at site of capacty 25/35HP complete.

b) Supply only check nut including gasket

c) Supply only bearing exiting site requirement fitted in motor complete

Material and labourfor preparation of old painted surface of pump installation by removing all dirt, dust, grease, oil etc and painting complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint for spray painting including writing MES No of approved colour over a coat of red-oxide primer on air blower motor /blower stand / and floor of ambient chamber , water pump icluding motor of capacity upto 35 HP Including 0.5 HP water pump complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Dismantling of existing defective/unsv motor of following capacity HP, three phase/Single phase , 415 V, 50 Hz, from the foundation, disconnecting the electric connection, coupling pulley, transportation to work shop, seperating the stator and rotor assembly ,cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper windings, cleaning of slots and rewinding of stator with super enamelled solid copper conductor (winding wire) of appropriate gauge and size to match with the existing winding motor so as to acheive desired RPM , including varnishing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing, provising insualtion and reassembling stator and rotor , connecting coils/ winding in star and delta mode at the junction box/terminal , fixing in the same position, making necessary electric connection and testing of induction motor complete all as specified and as directed. (a) 0.5 up to 1 HP

Taking down u/s and Supply and fix industrial Exhaust fan axial flow motor with blade and frame heavy duty industrial exhaust fan (36 inch/ with IP 55 specification, rigid frame with rubber mounting for silent operation epoxy powder coated and better resistance to corrosion and scid alkali fumes , totally enclosed highly efficient heavy duty copper motor including testing of motor with suitable copper wire winding ,incl refixing of exhaust fan motor with blade and frame, AC, volts, Heavy duty and blades 36 inch sweep, suitable for air washer plant complete all as specified and directed.
