Repairs to Lubrication pumping unit no.4 by way of dismounting thepump from the base frame after unbolting both suction and delivery lines, shifting pump to workshop, dismantling and replacing damaged components of pump by way of P/F of new 6305 ZZ ball bearing -02 Nos, water seal 01 No.assembling it and then shifting back to TPH Jammu and installation on the base frame and fitting suction and delivery line by p/f new gaskets, new base frame bolt, making proper alignment with motor, coupling Pump and Motor by P/F new coupling star, P/F gland packing in the stuffing box. Testing pump on full load.Complete job includes cost of material and skilled labour charges including transportation charges.
