Taking down existing energy meters, keeping aside safely & refixing the same in its original position after making functional & after completion of point wiring/sub main wiring, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Small items required for fixing the electric energy meter at site shall be provided by the contractor and cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking down existing electric water heater any size and capacity, keeping aside safely & refixing the same to its original position after servicing of the whole geyser/making functional and after completion of wiring work, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: If any part found unserviceable during the refixing of water heater at site shall be provided by the contractor and cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking down ceiling fan any sweep, removing blades ,cleaning the fan completely for dust and dirt, oiling & greasing and Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler,one coat after cleaning all dust and hanging the same back to its original positions including connecting with three core flexible copper wire to ceiling rose and etc after the completion of the point wiring including replacement of old unserviceable fan hook, rubber pad, nut bolts and washers etc, complete all as specified and directed.
