Earth work excavation for foundation with all leads and lifts in all soils and subsoils to the required depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilliing the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15 cm thickness well consolidated depositing the surplus earth in places shown and levelling the site with all intial leads and lifts etc complete complying with relevant standard specification.initial lift 0-2m etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling in foundation and basement with M.sand in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including the cost of supplying sand etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one of cement,four of sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water ramming curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills for reinforcement Fe 500D Grade steel reinforcement bars as per IS 786:1979 for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officer ( In all floors) (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also, steel rods for all sizes) etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work as plinth beam, raft beam, raft slab, grade beam etc., including shuttering, 3.00mm high using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, RMC M-25 Grade in accordance using 20mm with IS:456-2000, and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3'3 cu'm') 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu'm') 7670 kg' of M sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials) etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers..

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 (One of cement and six of M sand) using Fly Ash bricks of size not less than 23cm×11cm×7cm for super structure in the following floors including fixing the frames of doors and windows, scaffolding, proper setting curing etc, complete in all respects. complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One of cement and five of sand) 12mm thick including providing band cornice, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the walls with two coats of approved cement paint over one coat of primaring coat of cement paint including the cost of paint, brush, scaffolding etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Making and fixing M.S.Sheet gate of required size with twoshutters using necessary M.S.Flats 25x6mm, M.S.Angles 50x50x6mm and M.S.Sheet 5mm thick (7gauge) providing gun metal caps 75mmsize pintols, latches 25cm size for locking arrangements, name boards (C.M.) including cutting iron members, welding fixing gatein position,etc.,complete as directed during execution.(The design of gate furnished is subject to alteration during execution.) etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing M.S.Grills for OSR Land/Parks compound wall of design using 25 x 10mm MS flats for outer frame Horizontally & vertically. The inner vertical grills shall be 10x 10mm square rods at the spacing of 96mm c/c. The inner horizontal grills shall be 25 x 10mm MS flats adjoining 10 x 10mm square rods both sides at the spacing of 290mm c/c. The horizontal anchoring to wall shall be 20 x 5mm. The vertical anchoring shall be 25 x 10mm. The arrows with vertical shall be 20 x 5mm. (Sketch enclosed) and also as directed during execution etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the new iron works of doors with one coat of first class synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including the cost of paint brushes and scaffolding etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying And Fixing of Rubber Moulded Grey Premium Concrete Kerb of Size 450X125X300mm Using M30 Concrete. The Concrete Shall Be Moulded By Table Mount Vibrated With Polypropylene Fibers At 5% And Curing Compound. The Rate Shall Include Cost of Materials Transportation Loading Unloading Charges And All Taxes Including Necessary Earth Work Pointing With cm. 1:3 To Full Depth Curing Thread Lining Etc Complete .etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with Cement based Hydraulically pressed anti skid tiles (pattern Design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.
