Cleaning the stone surfaces by water washing the stone elements like wall, piller, uthiram, pothiyal, pavukal and etc., including cost of material and labour charges etc,.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Providing flat bricks on the terrace top using two layer of specially manufactured superior quality chamber moulded terrace brick of size 150x75x25mm for heritage works laid with lime mortar 1:1.5 (one lime and one half sand) and the joints of bricks raked up to receive lime mortar plastering to be done over the roof surface. The flat bricks should be laid in such a manner with proper slope and gradient that the rain water gets discharged easily through rain water outlet pipes freely. The quality of lime to be procured from Pollachi shall be of best and high calcium oxide content quality. This flat bricks shallbe subjected to curing for a period of 7 to 10 days and after which loose lime particles will be removed and the joints raked up to take up lime mortar plastering (two layers)

Pointing the Cut stone masonary work with Lime mortar 1:1.5 (one lime, one and half sand) 20mm deep excluding cost and conveyance of cut stone but including all labour charges scaffolding etc complete with standard specifications.
