Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in built in cement sand 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (white shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats to ceilings surfaces over & including a coat of interior primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc and applying two coat of cement base paint with highlighter of any approved shade @ 5 sq.m/kg/1 coat or as recommended by the manufacturer of cement based paint by using following brands of cement based paint using brush or roller complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc and applying one coat of cement base paint with highlighter of any existing shade, @ 5 sq.m/kg/1 coat by using following brands of cement based paint and primer by brush or roller complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un -reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete work 1:4:8 type D-2 in sub-case to flooring etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut mirror polish, kota stone slab, 18mm (+ 2mm) thick as in risers of step, skirting, dado etc and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM (bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for ceramic glossy finish, joint free premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified. Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering.

M&L for Polished Glazed Vitrified Tiles (PGVT) joint free premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 1200 mm and 8-10 mm thick, as in skirting/dado etc. laid with 3-5mm spacers and grooves shall be filled with epoxy grout (Pidilite or equivalent) of approved matching colour. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, laid and jointed in suitable adhesive (flexiset H-40 or equivalent as approved) as per manufacturer's instructions and pointed in matching coloured cement based tile joint filler (Roff -Pidilite or equivalent as approved), in floors etc. over & including 10 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) over complete all as specified. Note : The rates for labour and material for spacers/ grovers shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates and nothing shall not be measured & paid separately on this account.
