SUB HEAD-I (Wiring)

Dismantling of old aluminium wiring along with accessories such as wooden batten,batten holder,wooden switch board,bakellite swiches and sockets complete for making/clearing site ready for new wiring etc complete etc as required.

Rewiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/ recessed steel conduit including dismantling as required.

Group A

Rewiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/ recessed steel conduit including dismantling as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current upto 300 milliamperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/32amps 240 volts "C" curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing call bell/ buzzer suitable for single phase, 230 volts, complete as required.

Supplying and fixing PVC batten/ angle holder including connections etc. as required.

SITC of 20 W ,4 ft long LED batten type prewired with polycarbonate housing surface mounted & integrated electronic driver having minimum lumen efficacy as 100 lumens/watt with accessories as required suitable to operate on 240 volts 50 HZ AC supply including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required. (Preferred make Philips/ Wipro/ Havells/ Crompton/ Bajaj/ Osram/ Surya or Similar Superior Make)

SITC of 9 W ,LED lamp ,(holder type) suitable to operate on 240 volts 50 HZ AC supply as required.(Preferred make Philips/ Wipro/ Havells/ Crompton/ Bajaj/ Osram/ Surya or Similar Superior Make)

SITC of LED type Bulk Head Fitting with Pressure die cast housing with IP66 protection and IK09 impact resistance suitable for surface and wall mounting applications suitable to operate on 240 volts 50 HZ AC supply including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required. SITC of LED Street Light Luminaire 30 watts with epoxy powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing & acrylic/Polycarbonate cover having minimum lumen efficacy as 100 lumens/watt with accessories along with suitable GI bracket (min 32 mm) of suitable length dia as required suitable to operate on 240 volts 50 HZ AC supply including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required. Credit on a/c of old dismantled aluminium wiring i/c all accessories such as wooden batten,batten holder,wooden switch board,bakellite swiches and sockets complete etc as required.
