Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidation etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting, centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90cm x60cm BG 10 guage stiffened with welded M.S. angle of 25 x 25 x 3mm boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm centre to centre at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification. (The payment for centering shall be made only after the concrete is laid)

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three sand and Six hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidation etc., complete.

Refilling the excavated earth with labour charges etc to complete.

Clearing the SCRAB jungle and removed away from the site including all cutting charges and all labor charges as per standard specification .
