Material and Labour for dismantling of ceiling / exhaust/ wall mounting / ventilating / air circulator fan of any make/model/size for examination of defects, cleaning of parts, providing fresh lubricant oil / greasing, replacing the defective parts as required and re-assembling the fan after repairs including testing ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: All defective/unserviceable parts/accessories replaced shall be measured and paid under respective items of Sch 'A' except minor repairss such as replacment of bolts, nuts, washers, rubber seal & flexible PVC cable 23/00.0076 upto 1 meter length etc which are included in the quoted rates.

Material and Labour for dismantling the winding core of ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep size of any make/model, cutting and removing the old defective/burnt winding wire, cleaning the core of the fan motor, rewinding the motor with super enameled copper winding wire using insulating materials, varnishing the core assembly and re-assembling the core including testing ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The cost of copper winding wire will be included in the quoated rates.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Capacitor (Oil filled) of capacity 2.5 mfd with capacitor holding clamp, 240 volt and making connection ; Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down defective celiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep including dismantling blades and carrying to unit store and Material and labour for gressing, oiling and spray painting of ceiling fan of any make/model/size complete including fan body, blade, canopies, down rod etc with one coat of synthetic enamel spray paint of white colour after cleaning all dust/oil and greasy spots including filling of cavities using filler material and refixing the same to its original position making electric connection complete all as specified and directed. Capacitor, ball bearing, bush and flexible wire shall be measured and paid saperately. Note : The compressor and spray machine shall be arranged/brought by contractor at E/M Yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.
