Taking down existing roof treatment complete including PCC and properly cleaning the surfaces to remove loose particles with wire brushes, and removing the debries out side the MoD land complete all as directed.

M&L for screed/plaster 15mm thick in (CM 1:4) on roof surfaces complete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) average as in RCC roof surface to horizontal surfaces complete all as directed.

Supplying and applying fibre reinforced UV resistant elastomeric liquid waterproofing & heat reflective coating with acrylic polymers and polyester/ glass fibre after scrapping and properly cleaning the surfaces to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge over a coat of primer as per manufacturer instruction (Make;- Asian paint, M/STP LTD-Shalicry MHI, M/S Sika cool coat or equivalent as approved by GE

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including taking down old damaged tanks.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick masonry in CM(1:6) finished even and smooth with out using extra cement

M&L for Preparing new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of Birla putty on walls.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer and wall putty all as specified and as directed.
