Earth work in excavation in tranches for foundation pipes cable etc ordinary soil ( loan clay or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 m. lead upto 50 m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavation earth as directed by the Engineer incharge with a lead of 50 m. (As per S.l no.01,sch 251 of SOR)

Providing and laying in cement concrete 8:4:1 of not less than strength of M 150 stone ballast 8 (40mm nominal size) : 4 approved coarse sand : 1 cement ) and curing complete, including cost of formwork in foundation & floor.

First class Brick Work in 1:4 cement and course sand modulous mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour , tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.(As per S.l no.1, 303 sch of SOR)

12mm thick cement Plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and Course sand in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering including arises, interior rounded angles chamfers and of rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in grit and finished even and smooth.(As per S.l no.2,sch 13.4 of SOR)

Providing and Laying in cement concrete 4:2:1 of not less than M150 stone bailast (20mm nominal size):2 approved coarse sand :1 cement and curing complete, including cost of formwork in foundation and floors

Construction of Granular sub base (GSB) by providing coarse graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and complacting with smooth wheel roller to achieved the desired density. complete as per clause 401.

Providing and Laying cement conc. 1:1.5:3 cement, coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size i/c all complete work. (As per chap.05, S.I No.20 4.6 of SOR)

Suppply and fixing granite stone as per drawing ...all complete
