Demolition of brickwork of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all coin, arches, pillars complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing debris upto a distance of maximum 500m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No. 4 but except brick complete. Note:- Bricks obtained from demolition shall be used.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on internal surfaces of brick or concrete work surface of wall and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete work surface of wall and finished surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-I, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment & laid over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for 80 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment & laid over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tile 300x300x25mm thick set and jointed and pointed in cement mortar with grey cement and pigment laid over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 complete al as specified and directed

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 as in landing, cover slabs ,(for manholes) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar article with plain faces all a s specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for 25mm thick precast cement concrete louvers and jallies,type B-0,1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and likes complete all as specified ind directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plate, kerbs and likes slightly rounded or chamfered complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of wall in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded chequered cement concrete coloured tile 30cm X 30cm X 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 in floor all as specified including dismantling of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain waste pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC, PVC ) of internal dia 100 mm, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm dia bore salt glazed stone ware drain pipe grade 'A' conforming to IS 651-1972 laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete bed to drain pipe 100 mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation ,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finish drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms,moulds,mitered/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finish drain or channel 15 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms,moulds,mitered/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for First or premium quality of glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick, in vertical surfaces like skirting, dados, risers to steps, etc and jointed in neat cement slurry, and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering or backing layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC flushing cistern 10 ltr capacity valve less symphonic action type, low level with and including ball valve float and handle, PVC flush pipe 32 mm bore complete set all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair standard stainless steel grating doom round 125mm size with waste hole(minimum weight 40 grms) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of priming paints plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in post holes, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work with angle iron, flat iron, channel etc. as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (For securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mess, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wires, all as specified.
