Providing and laying Stone solling Hand packed including compacting, watering including all carriages of material complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level (1:4:8) (1Cement: 4 fine sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 5 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)incl all carriages 20mm nominal size) Crushed. (All Works up to Plinth level) raft

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excld. The cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level(1:2:4 coarse sand 20mm nominal size crushed stone agg.)

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. removal of form work in Raft,foundation and plinth (All works upto Plinth level)

Filling with nallah muck in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited Layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 1:4 (1 cement and 4 coarse Sand ) including curing incl Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto first floor level

Providing and fixing of wood work in frames of door/ window /arch windows /ventilator wrought frames (chowkats) imported Kd Wood.

Providing and fixing 40 x5mm flat iron hold fast including fixing of frames with nuts and bolts.
