Replacement by way of providing and fitting of wornout parts of 3500 GPH x 76 meter head submersible pump set installed at pumping station Dalsar. The job involves extraction of pump set from the bore well by decoupling and extracting all the pipes one by one manually by using chain pulley. Carriage of pump and motor set to the roadside and loading in the vehicle. Providing and fitting of new thrust pads, bushes to the motor. Job also includes dismantling of pump set and extraction of damaged parts. Remetalling of wornout shaft by way of welding, turning and finishing to bearing size and making of key way. Providing and fitting of impellers 04 nos. Providing / fitting of new bushes -5nos. coupling bolts, coupling pulley, neck rings-04 nos. etc. coupling of pump with the motor and making proper alignment. Job also involves providing and fitting of submersible cable of suitable rating conforming to ISI standards approximately 70m or as per site requirement. Job also includes carriage of pump set from road to pumping station and lowering to bore well by coupling and lowering of all the extracted pipes one by one, providing and fitting of new flange bolts with nuts and washers and replacement of rubber gaskets. . Making electric connections and testing on load. Job includes the cost of material / labour charges, shifting of tools and tackles and rebate on old parts.

Providing and fitting of electro mechanical parts of 110 ampere LT control panel cum fault analyzer cum auto starter cum protection panel installed at pumping station Dalsar by way of dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel, replacement of damaged solid state fault analyzer cum controller (CB4SA) unit. Repair to auto starter assembly of 110 ampere rating has to be carried out by extraction of worn-out Power contactor MNX 110-2no. from the control panel assembly. Providing and fitting of new power contractors of same rating of L&T / reputed make (one as main and other as star contractor). Making and fixing of new PVC copper cable jumpers with copper thimbling at each end-2nos, current transformer-2nos. fuse holders-3nos. Making of the complete internal control wiring afresh with flexible PVC copper wire of appropriate rating with proper thimbling and then shifting the same to the site. Testing of the equipment after providing and fitting, without load and thereafter on full load. Job includes the cost of material / labour charges, shifting of tools and tackles and rebate on old parts.
