Providing and fixing 15cm wide 45cm overall semicircular plain GI sheet gutter with iron bracket 40X3mm size bolt and nuts and washers etc. including making necessary connections with rain water pipe complete as per design 0.63mm thick sheet. As per the directed of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads & lifts.

Providing & fixing of finolex PVC pipe of 110mm dia including entire carriage of material upto all leads & lifts.

Providing & fixing of finolex PVC collar of 110mm dia including entire carriage of material upto all leads & lifts.

Providing & fixing of finolex plane tee of 110mm dia including entire carriage of material upto all leads & lifts.

Providing & fixing of finolex plane bend of 110mm dia including entire carriage of material upto all leads & lifts.

Laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of 25mm dia (light grade) including providing and fixing tube fittings such as reducer increasers, sockets, union, tees, bends etc. where ever required (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing gun metal full way valve of 25mm dia including entire carriage of material upto all leads & lifts.

Providing and installing submersible pump conforming to ISS 9034-1976 alongwith directly coupled submersible type squirrel cage electric induction motor suitable for operation on 415 Volt.1 phase 50 C.P.S A.C supply, water lubricated bearing and provided with pivoted segment type thurst bearings to with stand non vertical lead with minimum wear and tear and dully fitted withdevice to take upto the expension of water with heating of motor complete in all respect.including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts (Make KSB/Kirlosker/Mather & Platt ) 1 set of 2 HP

Excavation in foundation and trenches in all type of soil such as pickwork jumper work blasting soft & hard rock and through conglomeraterock upto all leads & lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth in all leads and lifts & as per directed of the Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4approved sand:8app.graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5approved sand:3approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top to foundation level upto floor two level and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing omplete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement for RCC work in suspended floors, roofs landings shelve & their supports balconies girders bresumers and cantilevers upto floor two level i/c entire carriage of material upto all leads & lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,winding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.as per the direction of Engineer-in-chief including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish. Including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surface such as wall of (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillaster buttresses plinth and string courses and like and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as sofits suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors etc upto 200mm in thickness.and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slabs & breaks in floors & walls under 20cm wide.

Providing & fixing man hole cover with frame 500mm dia (medium duty) total weight of frame and cover should not be less than 116 Kg. (weight of frame 58 kg and weight of cover 58 kg).

Constructing chamber for sluice valve, with CI surface box 100 mm top dia., 160 mm bottomdia. & 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid RCC top 1:2:4 mix (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 100 mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 mix (1cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) & inside plastering with cement mortor 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c curing complete. 600 x 600 x 750 mm inside size With 150 mm thick walls of RCC 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete with form work & reinforcement with 6 mm bars at not exceeding 150 mm centres both ways.
