Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying pipe, cable, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/ loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT cable of any description and any capacity, complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, ISI marked of cross sectional area 6 Sqmm 2 core including with suitable size of aluminium lugs, in trenches/ pipes/ along wall/ roof/ across drain/ culvert, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and paid for).

Material and labour for, sub class 'B' brick, well burnt, old size, flat, laid breadth-wise along the axis of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, 75 mm dia HDPE pipe, PN-10 for cable protection on pole/ wall/ floor or in trenches and drain/ culvert etc. complete with necessary clamp, nuts, bolts, washers, sockets etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, GI tubing 40mm bore, light grade, laid in trenches for cable protection under the road/ path/ pole, including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, GI tubing 80mm bore, light grade, laid in trenches for cable protection under the road/ path/ pole, including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, GI tubing 100mm bore, light grade, laid in trenches for cable protection under the road/ path/ pole, including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring under road manually/ machine for laying/ removal of cable with 100mm dia medium grade GI pipe without disturbing the top surface complete with all necessary tools and as specified. Note: GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and fix for steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-22 (8.5 mtr long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts nuts and screws confirming to IS : 2713 and made out of structural steel tube confirming to IS : 1161 and painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint including dismantling of old unservcieable pole etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of PCC in base and above ground level including necessary earth work shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of aluminium strip of size 25 x 4mm as earth continuity conductor or main earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases/roof of bldg or buried in groud or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, danger notice boards/ plate of size 200mm x 150mm x 1.6mm thick, mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with and including MS clamps made out of MS flat 25x3mm, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT poles including dismantling old unserviceable danger notice boards, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised steel earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, 50mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) cover slab (Reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15cm centre to centre bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia), provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore galvanised steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers of 15cm (compacted thickness), 15mm bore galvanised steel tubing (light grade) for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and indicated on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including testing on completion. Supply and fix in replacement of galvanised iron strip of size 32 x 6mm as earth continuity conductor or main earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases/roof of bldg or buried in groud or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming branches of trees touching LT electric over head line and making clear about 3 metre in radius by climbing up tree or by providing ladder, at a height of 7m and above and removing the same to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed. Note: One span of 2 to 10 Nos conductors in one pole to another pole will be considered as one unit.

Supply and fix in repair for, on line change over switch 4 pole 200 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for, on line change over switch 4 pole 160 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for, on line change over switch 4 pole 125 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for, on line change over switch 4 pole 63 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, LT cable jointing kit heat shrink straight through joint LT 1100 volts grade 10-16 sqmm, 2/4 core etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for, LT cable jointing kit heat shrink straight through joint LT 1100 volts grade 25-50 sqmm,3.5/4 core etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for, LT cable jointing kit heat shrink straight through joint LT 1100 volts grade 70-150 sqmm, 3.5 core etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement synthetic insulating fiber mat of size 2m x 1m x 3mm thick for HT/LT Panel/ feeder pillar boxes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of RYB (Red/ Yellow/ Blue) LED indicators (set of three) having 16 mm dia with LVGP and surge protection etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 4 pole power contractors, type MCX21, suitable for 80 Amps AC rating, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting, trimming and pruning of trees/ trees branches/ creepers/ climbers all around existing LT panels 3m mean radius including cleaning the distributed area beneath the LT junction boxes and removing the tree branches and debris from site etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Area cleaned around each LT panel 3m mean radius shall be termed as one job.

Disconnecting existing LT panel and raising the panel of any size by providing angle iron/ PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) upto the height of 0.7 to1.0m height and necessary connected welded work and painting of all indoor and outdoor type panel, enclosures, cleaning of entire surface with fine sand paper both in side and outside and making surface smooth and applying two coats of super synthetic enameled paint by brush or spray and removing unwanted paint from glass or rubber items including minor denting/ welding/ patch work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of excavation, earth work, PCC work shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Disconnecting HT cable and LT cables from existing transformer of any capacity and taking down the transformer and increasing the plinth height 1.0 m from existing diemension 1.5 X 1.5 X 1.0m with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) work and refixing the transformer in newly constructed flatform and necessary electric connection etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, MCCB enclosure DB frame 1 type 415 volts, complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix for, MCCB enclosure DB frame 2 type 415 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, MCCB enclosure DB frame 3 type 415 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Re-stringing/ tightening of ACSR conductor (size: squirrel/ weasel/ ferret)/ GI earth continuity conductor/ cradle up to the permissible sag limt between any span length and binding with new binding wire of the same material to insulators, complete all as directed.
