Removal of existing stone slabs over the drain and replacing with granite and fixing of grill in between to drain water including cost of labour, material and other necessary applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the directions of the site In-charge/ ASI officials.
Painting to the existing railings after cleaning the surface and apply the primer coat over the railings in the monument including material charges, labour charges and all necessary applicable taxes etc., all complete as per the directions of the site In-charge/ ASI official
Providing a thin layer of lime filling (to match the texture of the monument colour) to the external wall surface of the CharMinar as a Preservative coat after removing the accumulated deposits over the wall surfaces, filling of graffiti in the first floor over the wall surfaces etc. including cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance, diesel, charges, loading, unloading, applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the directions of department official.
Restoration of stucco designs, ornamental, corner arches, floral designs at minarates including cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance, diesel charges, loading, unloading, applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the directions of department official.
Careful removal of loose, dead and damaged plaster and Restoration of damaged wall portions by plastering to average thickness of 60-100 mm in 2 or 3 coats (as per the site condition) in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1( 1 Lime : 1Surkhi : 1Sand), by adding gallnut, jaggery, for bonding etc. to maintain original texture including cost of materials, labour charges, conveyance, diesel charges, loading, unloading, applicable taxes etc. all complete as per the directions of department officials.
Pointing in the gaps over the floor, steps at CharMinar in Lime mortar 1:2 including labour charges, material charges, conveyance charges, diesel charges, loading, unloading, applicable taxes, etc. all complete as per the directions of site in charge.
