Supply and fix in replacement ISI Mark energy efficient Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) ceiling fan confirming to BIS 374-2019 (upto latest amendment) with following specifications complete with & including cutting/taking down existing false ceiling of any type, making good to disturbed surface to match with existing surface, self adhesive printed sitcker of vinyl sheet of size 8x3 cm duly written letters as GE(M) Khadakwasla & FMR No. etc complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Air Delivery more than 210 M³ / min. (b) Service value more than 6.0. (c) BEE Star rating of product : 5 (d) Size of celling fan in mm 1200 (e) Type of Regulator : Electronic regulator with 05 Nos running position with manual speed regulating option manufactured either by OEM supplying the fan or OEM authorised manufacture, whichever suits the OEM requirement. (f) No of blades : 3 (g) Input voltage : 1 Phases, 230 V, 50 HZ, AC, however product shall opreate with input voltage 90 V- 300 V

Labs : as per Appendix 'A' attached in Particulars Specifications etc. Note for Ser. Item No. 1 above : (i) Tenderer shall submit the certificate & MOU with manufacturer alongwith technical opening (Cover-I) stating that above specified Fans with BIS-374 of 2019 Certified only will be provided from the manufacturer / OEM on the letter head duly signed. (ii) Cutting/Taking down of existing false ceiling of 2x2 feet and refixing the same after fixing fan rod of suitable size and making good to existing false ceiling is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.
Supply and Fix in replacement of Metal body Exhaust Fan 225/230mm sweep of rated power 35-50 watt and 1300-1400 RPM, ply wood sheet of 10 mm thickness for Exhaust fans and cutting to the size as required at the site including fixing the same with necessary nuts and bolt arrangement as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
Supply and Fix in replacement of Metal body Exhaust Fan 300mm sweep of rated power 80-90 watt and 1400 RPM ply wood sheet of 10 mm thickness for Exhaust fans and cutting to the size as required at the site including fixing the same with necessary nuts and bolts arrangement as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and Fix in replacement of Metal body Exhaust Fan 380mm sweep of rated power 150-170 watt and 1400 RPM, ply wood sheet of 10 mm thickness for Exhaust fans and cutting to the size as required at the site including fixing the same with necessary nuts and boll arrangement as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
Supply and Fix in replacement of Metal body Exhaust Fan 450mm sweep of rated power 350-410 watt, ply wood sheet of 10 mm thickness for Exhaust fans and cutting to the size as required at the site including foxing the same with necessary nuts and bolt arrangement as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
Supply and Fix in replacement of Wall Fan 400mm sweep of rated power 120-140 watt as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
Supply and Fix in replacement of Wall Fan 600mm sweep of rated power 180-200 watt complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note for Ser. Item No. 1 to 7 above : Old ceiling fan / Wall fan / Exhaust fan should be deposied in MES Store)
