Replacement of damaged parts and rewinding of 200 kva voltage stabilizer installed at lift irrigation station Burejal.

Replacement of damaged parts and rewinding of 200 kva voltage stabilizer installed at lift irrigation station Burejal by way of disconnecting incoming and outgoing power connections from voltage stabilizer. Draining of existing transformer oil in barrel. Shifting of voltage stabilizer to nearest road using manual labour, crane, tools and tackles, then to workshop by using carriage vehicle. Dismantling of voltage stabilizer at workshop by way of extracting out the inner frame, extracting out the 2 No’s damaged coils and rotary switches. Rewinding of 2 No’s coils using standard quality copper wire of appropriate gauge, varnishing with two coats of standard make varnish and proper insulation. Servicing of third coil. Replacement of gasket, providing/fitting of 2 no’s new rotary switches and refitting on the Bakelite plate. Filtration of existing transformer oil and toping up with 150 liters of fresh transformer oil after cleaning the tank to remove carbon deposits. Replacement of bus bars at the incoming and outgoing of stabilizer as per ratting. Shifting of the repaired voltage stabilizer and motor to installed position at lift irrigation station, Burejal by mechanical transport. Installation of the voltage stabilizer by connecting incoming and outgoing power cables. Testing of voltage stabilizer on no load and full load conditions. Job includes cost of material including rebate on old copper scrap/ material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, carriage charges, installation and testing charges at site.

Dismantling of 250 kva transformer from its installed position by way of disconnecting of the electric transformer from input and output power connections, lifting of electric transformer from its installed position by using manual labour, crane and then shifting to workshop by using carriage vehicle. Replacement of damaged parts and rewinding to 250 kva transformer installed at Lift irrigation station Kothey kalyana new by way of dismantling of the transformer at workshop and extracting out the damaged coils, LT bushes, HT bushes, HT bush rods, LT bush rods and gasket. Strengthening of the cooling fins of transformer by welding damaged and leaking portions. Rewinding of three number HT legs coils 12 number coils with standard gauge wire with proper insulation & taping. Reconditioning of three no’s LT leg coils using quality insulation material. Replacing the flashed core material. Heating to repaired transformer in oven to get required meager value. Properly cleaning the oil tank with scrubbers to remove all carbon deposits. Lowering of the coils inside the sump of the transformer. Providing and fitting of LT bush, HT bush, LT bush rods and HT bush rod sets, new insulator, and sundry items. Refitting of the top cover of transformer by providing and fitting of new gasket sheet. Providing/ filling of 320 liters of fresh transformer oil in oil tank. Testing the continuity of each phase and secure all connection. Shifting back after carrying out repaired transformer to site. Complete job includes cost of material, installation charges and skilled labour charges ,loading and un-loading of transformer at Lift irrigation station Kothey kalyana new and workshop, carriage charges of vehicle (to & fro), testing on no load/ full load , tools & tackles, hire charges of crane.
