Preparation of old steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cms width or girth & applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store and rubnbish of the permises complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick on wall and the like to receive tile in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles, of size 450x350 mmx7mm thick,as in skirting, dado set and jointed with neat cement slurry including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick average thickness for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, Landing,steps over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing and granite polishing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing of old plastered or unplastered or previously treated surfaces and applying two coat of white wash on walls including cleaning all window panes from splashes of white wash, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 85 above but on ceilings complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment by wire brushing, rubbing down with water and preparing of old treated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (oil emulsion) over a coat of primer by roller brush including cleaning all window panes from splashes/droppings, etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
