(b) Handle of `Z’ section 20x25mm, 100mm long - 01 No (each leaf). (c) MS tower bolt 150mm long - 02 Nos (each leaf). (d) `Z’ section 20x25mm, 100mm long stopper - 01 No (each leaf). (e) Cleat 55mm long of hollow square section 15mmx15mm of 24 gauge wall thickness, welded to hinge of 55 mm size - 01 No (per leaf). (f) MS box type hinges of 75mm size - 03 Nos (per leaf). (g) Fabrication and fixing compete as per approval and drawing. Note(s) : (i) Glazing and painting shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Design shall be approved from the Engineer-in-Charge before fabrication and bulk order to the manufacturer(s) as per Drg No CEAF/STD-184 of 2012, sheet 1/3 to 3/3.

Material and labour for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete in coping, haunching in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters; walkways, railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Welded steel wire fabric complete on wood or steel members, weight not exceeding 4 kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete (1:2:4)Type-B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Bond stone and setting in cement mortar 1:6 with joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the required level with Broken stone or boulder complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 110mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes in walls complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 20500.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
