Dilling/boring of 125mm diameter tube well by air rotray drilling rig unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125mm daimeter in suitably for drilled bore hole as per specifiactions laid down in IS 2800 (part-I &II) with up to date amendments. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils, boulder, rocks, collapsible starta, saturated soils, artisan conditions by ODEX/DTH attachements and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aqufier zones. The job includes the cost of shifting of drilling machine, loading, unloading of accessories, tools, bits, casing, shoe, consumables like fuel , lubricants, skilled and unskilled laboures and ither unforseen items. Dvelopment of tube well with backwash method with air compressor of minimum capcity 1000 CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects as per the direction of site engineer.

Supply, Providing, fitting, assemnbling in vertical position in above drilled bore of mild steel plain and beveled ended 125mm dia (class B) as per IS 4270 casing pipes and subsequent lowering of casing assembly and its welding after every 10 feet, up to the drilled/ desired depth. The whole casing pipe is inclusive of slotted pipe/flushed, which is to be used as per the site requirement and as directed by site engineer. The pipe shall be lowered up to the desired level BGL. The average length of each pipe shall not exceed 3.00 Mts. The welding electrodes used for welding the pipe shall confirm to relevant IS codes. The specifications of tube well shall be as per IS 2800 part I &II

Providing and laying of cement block of4x4 feet size and 0.3 m (1ft) deep in a mix of 1:3: 6 to adequate the strength to act as sanitary block for the well and grout the hand pump assembly in order to make it rohust to resist shock load observer while pumping. The block, comprises mud mat of 4 inch height and then laying of 8 inch cement concrete with suitable drainage and Providing Laying of cement plaster in job 1:4 mix to the above block to give aesthetically good appearance. Cost on account of stuttering, strutting, centring, curing etc. is included in the scope of work. In case the suitable space for the above specification is not available, the surface area is to be adjusted accordingly.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes, cables ete (not exceeding 1.5 m width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and like (not exceeding" sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5-m, including disposal of excavnted earth upto 1 m from cutting edge, disposed earth to be lévelled and neatly dressed (in all kinds of soil).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding shuttering. All work up to plinth level in (1:5:10) ie 01-part cement, 05 parts fine sand and 10 parts stone aggregate (49mm nominal size preferably nallah)

Construction of MS structure over concrete base and grouting of vertical posts, diagonals, top tress frame etc out of different steel sections as per site requirement.
