Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-30 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap) : 450 mm dia piles

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Item will be Certified only for Maintenance Work carried out above 5 Mtr.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for Plain Cement Concrete/ Reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note:In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. SI No. 15 to 18 are sub items of SI. No. 14

Design, supply, fabrication and installation of roof closing Structure including the Architectural design and execution of all associated civil works such as support structures,foundations, rainwater collection system like gutters, gutter supporting system and drainage pipes etc., The main members shall be grouted in existing cement concrete shall be cut with floor cutters and re-laid with new stone pieces including grouting of joints with white cement, pigment along with polishing etc., The whole structure should be able to sustain a wind pressure of not less than 240km/hr. Necessary slope in the roof structure to be considered for drainage with either rain diverters or gutters. The Structural member and Roof covering material should have a life span of minimum 25 years and should be weatherproof. Before the Start of works, design of the roof system should be approved by the competent authority.(a) Providing, fabricating tubular rolled sections transporting, erecting and fixing in position at all levels of steel work conforming to IS 4923 of Grade Yst 310/Yst 240 including procurement & testing of all raw steel materials, all grades of bolts, nuts & washer, fasteners, fabrication, joining, welding, threading, sleeves etc.Allowance for all types of wastage's, straightening, cutting, bending of section wherever specified, drilling holes, bolting provision of necessary tools, testing etc. The rate shall also include required surface preparation (Sand Blasting) and for application of Zinc Epilux or equivalent primers, and two coats of PU paint as per specifications. The rate shall also include supplying and providing of detailed fabrication drawings based on the GFC drawings, required for all permanent and temporary structures and their approval from Engineer in charge's prior to execution. The rate shall also include provision and installation of base plate, anchor bolts (measured in tonnes) etc all as per relevant drawings, specifications and directions of engineer. Foundation Bolts & Nuts Used should confirm to IS:5624-1993 (reaffirmed 1998). Grade of Bolts used should confirm to IS: 1367 (part3) – 2002. Hook Bolts used for roofing should confirm to IS: 730-1978 (reaffirmed 2004). All Structural steel used should confirm to IS: 2062-2006. All fabrication works invariably carried out by GMAW/FCAW/SAW welding only. Field welding as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ISMB, ISMC and ISA should confirm to IS: 2062-2006. RHS, SHS and CHS should confirm to IS: 4923-1997. Painting of all steel structural member should confirm to IS:5905-1989. Design of Steel structures, Fabrication of Structural steel and Erection Should confirm to IS:800-2007. (Rate Include All design & Drawings, Supply, Fabrication and installation at Work location. No charges extra.)

Providing and Supplying of appproved colour Eg-cottage Green,Blue coated Glavalume profile LYSAGHT TRIMDEK® profile sheet or its equvalent of nominal. 1015 mm effective cover width (nominal. 1072mm overall width) and nominal 28 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the five pan at nominal 203 mm centreto-centre, for covering Area, along with the provision for allowing Natural Ventilation, and approved Steel Structural Systems (for Roof Trusses, Purlin etc. The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The feed material shall be of 0.45 mm BMT (0.50mm TCT excluding paint thickness) COLORBOND® XRW steel- High tensile with min 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot-dipped coated with Al-Zn alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% Si) as per AS1397/IS15961- ZINCALUME® AZ150 (min. 150 g/m2 total on both sides) with Super Durable Polyester COLORBOND® steel XRW quality paint system of approved color, suitable for exterior application conforming to AS/NZS 2728 type-4/IS15965 class 3 of Tata BlueScope Steel make. The sheet shall have a total coating thickness of 35 microns, super durable polyester COLORBOND® XRW quality paint system of 20 microns on exposed surface and 5 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface over 5 micron primer coat on both surfaces, including all Transport and leads and lifts and labour etc. -Rate Include All design & Drawings, Supply, Fabrication and installation at Work location. No charges extra.

Providing and fixing roofing consist of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel deck sheet confirming to IS 277:1992 used as permanent shuttering over which MS wire mesh 3mm laid at 100x100 mm grid including edge trim covered with concrete. This metal deck will be supported on structural steel beam with shear studs. (Structural steel like Beam, column, joists etc. & concrete of different grade as per design will be paid separately).

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain Galvalum/G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with150mm/230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

Providing and fixing up to floor five level (above Ground level) precast cement concrete solid block, including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Cement Plastering in Fine Sand of 12 mm Thick with 1:4 ( 1 Cement and 4 Coarse Sand), height upto 10m from ground level.

Cement Plastering in Fine Sand of 18 mm thick plain cement mortar band in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand):Moulded Band

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. Finishing Exterior walls Surface with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004,Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coats on existing paint surface applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm.over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade. Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface/water proof surface

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer as per Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.:80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal fire rated doors at all levels from ISO 9001-2000 certified Manufacturer. Fire door should be as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 and BS 476 part 2 or EN 1634. Recommended fire door shall be tested and certified by a third party evaluation program from approved international agency like CERTIFIRE and labled. Where third party evaluation is not required fire doors should be tested at CBRI or ARAI for maximum rating of 2hrs both with vision panel and without vision panel. Pressed Galvanized steel Single /Double leaf door of approved make shakti met-dor or its approved equivalent which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed below and conforming to IS 277. All doors and frames shall be finished with polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt sprey test. SI No.48 and 49 are sub items of the SI.No 47

Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 143 x 57 mm made out of 2mm (14gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Welded, all provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry opening.

Door leaf shall be 48mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.6mm (16guage) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be Mineralwool. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks,surface mounted electro magnetic locks and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. 200x300mm Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendation with a beeding and screws from inside. The glass should be 6mm clear borosilicate fire rated glass of relavant rating of the door. other Dorma Hardwares alone will be paid Separetly

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerancein dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Casement window double panels with S.S. friction hinges (350 x 19 x 1.9 mm) made of (big series) frame 67 x 60 mm & sash / mullion 67 x 80 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead/ double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.50 sqm).

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard, manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.

Providing and fixing Gl Clip in Metal Ceiling System of 600x600 mm module which includes providing and fixing 'C' wall angle of size 20x30x20 mm made of 0.5 mm thick pre painted steel along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300 mm center to centre, suspending the main C carrier of size 10x38x10 mm made of G.I steel 0.7 mm thick from the soffit with help of soffit cleat 37x27x25x1.6 mm, rawl plugs of size 38x12 mm and C carrier suspension clip and main carrier bracket at 1000 mm c/c. Inverted triangle shaped Spring Tee having height of 24 mm and width of 34 mm made of Gl steel 0.45 mm thick is then fixed to the main C carrier and in direction perpendicular to it at 600 mm centers with help of suspension brackets. Wherever the main C carrier and spring T have to join, C carrier and spring T connectors have to be used. All sections to be galvanized @ 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive), fixing with clip in tiles into spring T with : GI Metal Ceiling Clip in plain Beveled edge global white color tiles of size 600x600 and 0.5 mm thick with 25 mm height, made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/ sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I.wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with : 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelingand dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : SI.No 56 and 57 are the sub-items of the SI. No. 55

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness

Providing and fixing aluminium casement windows fastener of required length for aluminium windows with necessary screws etc. complete. Polyester powder coated minimum thickness 50 micron aluminium

For Terrace waterproofing Spray Applied Double component waterproofing Work: For Terrace/ Roof waterproofing Treatment: 1) Surface-Preparation. Cleaning the surface to ensure no dirt, dust and other loose particles. Grinding the surface. If cracks and pin holes appear, they will be treated by using (cement sand 1:4, SBR- 2ltr /bag of cement) and after Fixing fillets in all sharp corners polymer-modified mortar cooving will be done with the same proportion. 2) Primer Coat: Supply and application of fast drying high-performance Moisture insensitive epoxy primer TOP PRIME ER 40 on the waterproofing area both horizontal and vertical at a consumption of 500gms/sq.m by lamb wall roller. The primer shall form an effective bond on the substrate. 3) Waterproofing Coat: Providing & applying 100% Solids content, 2 components, solvent-free, liquid hot applied elastomeric seamless hybrid polyurethane Membrane, TOP HYPUR 140, by special automatic plural component high-pressure spray machine with a total consumption of min 2.2 kg/m2 to form a total system DFT of min 2 mm thickness, having Tensile strength > 10 Mpa, Elongation 450%, Bond strength > 2.8 Mpa, crack bridging > 4 mm & Shore A Hardness > 75 tear strength 20n/mm, puncture resistance 450N and has a excellent root resistant property. The membrane shall be applied on horizontal surfaces and verticals up to a certain height of the parapet wall.

The Technical properties of the Elongation: 550, Non-Volatile : >95%, Tensile strength: >15 mpa, Density: 838 kg/m3 & charges including cleaning, grinding, coving, fixing fillets, tools, and tackles, labour all complete etc.

Waterproofing Works on Sunken by using Cementitious coating Method:

For Cementitious coating work: Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, and oil laitance present on the surface if any, Grind the surface in such a way as to prepare the area for waterproofing treatment. After completing the grinding work, Coving will be done. Treating all the honeycombs. Fixing fillets in all sharp corners using Polymer Modified Mortar cement and sand in the ratio of 1:4:2 Parts by weight. (Cement- 1bag, Sand- 4bag, and Top SBR - 2ltr). After drying, applying the waterproofing coating of 2 mm thickness of coverage 3.6 Kg/ Sq.m, using the material Top Seal 100 Two Component High Flexible Cementitious Elastomeric Waterproofing, Elongation >150%, Density 1940 kg/m³, Temperature +5°C to +30°C.
