Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level).

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.50 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete/ bed concrete.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified.

M&L PCC coping (1:3:6) type C0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains etc.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Returning, filling in, soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed . complete all as specified and directed. Note:-As per NCR/Delhi auth Norms

M&L for 300 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate ) as in floor over sub base, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including necessary form work complete.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on NEW STEEL surfaces over coat of red-oxide primer including preparation of surfaces, over 10cm width or girth including roof painting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each

S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for old size brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs,shelves, floor slabs etc ,landing and similar work, not exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping ) for fair finish surface all as spd.

M&L for RCC 1:1:2 Volume mix concrete (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in shelves /slabs supported on walls, beam and columns, in floors ,roof, landings ,balconies and the like complete all as spd and directed.

S&F for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with including mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L 2nd class hard wood, plain solid straight chowkhats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick panelled shutter (any number of panels) with panels of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers .

M & L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms including corner moulding and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite
