Brick work in CM 1:5 using class II bricks including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete

Plastering with C.M.1:5, 12 mm thick with Nitobond AR mixed in cement mortar at 250ml/bag of cement including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Providing PCC 1:2:4 using OP/PP cement with 40mm size machine crushed HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using OP/PP cement with 12 to 20mm machine crushed HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete - excluding cost of reinforcement and form work.

Special ceiling plastering with C.M.1:3, 20 mm thick (2 layer) for RCC works with Nitobond AR mixed in cement mortar at 250ml/ bag of cement including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, hacking the area, curing, etc. complete

Supplying and providing water proof treatment over the existing roof slab with polymeric asphalt membrane sheet (4kg/cm2) constituting 7 layers with thermo fusible HM HDFE film one at top and other of bottom layer of this polymeric mix 1 layer of fibre glass tissue, 2 layers of polymeric mix on the top and bottom of 90 microns HM HDPE film, cracks on roof slab to be filled with cement based filter, laying of PAM sheets over a coating of 90/15 hot blown bitumen with 100mm over lap sealed by LPG flame torch further coated with oxides bitumen 90/15 and finally coated with aluminium coating and also extra attention should be given in roof / drain curve portion as per instruction of site Engineer including cost of all labour, lead, lift, T& P etc. complete.

Supplying & providing RTS rod including cutting, bending, tying & fixing in position as per specification including binding wires, cost of all other materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete

Providing and fixing in position of new anodized aluminium windows of approved manufacture with aluminium 65x38x2.50 mm as main outer frame and inner frame with section 62x30x1.50 mm for top sides and bottom and shutter frame with section 39x19x1.50 mm for vertical plain inter lock and bottom etc including all fittings/ fixture confirming to relevent IS to ensure smooth operation and glazzed with 4 mm plain glass panels as sliding type as per instructions of site Engineer, rubber lining with standard hardwares such as special wheel maruthi lock 'U' Rubber beading screws, join cleats etc., including cost of all material, lead lift, transporting including the dismantling existing broken glasses and damaged aluminium shutter from the window and devoluting the same to the stores etc., complete.

Removing the damaged gear box and side channel with gear rod up to top, greasing gearbox, welding the gear wheel with gear rod alignment checking refixing in position overall and removing of bottom `T' angle, bend removing and welding the broken plates, top cover removing dismantling the lath from the roller, removing the spring ,removing shaft, reconditioning of the shaft and spring cleaning the old grease strengthening if roller assembly and refixing in position loading the springs and overhauling the over shutter, gear box, roller, ball bearing, etc. complete.

Supply and fixing floor tiles of 305 x 305 x 6mm first quality design ceramic tiles of approved colours in CM 1:3, 20mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg/Sqm including cost of tiles labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing dadooing wall with glazed tiles of approved make first quality printed design and colour of 150 x 150mm with 6mm thick laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick and pointing with white cement of 0.4 Kg/Sqm including cost of materials labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Removing the spalled / distressed RCC from the existing concrete to average thickness of 75mm disposal of debris with a lead of 1km and roughening the surface thoroughly with reebaklens fosroc acid/ equivalent with all lead lift labour etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of rain water down fall pipe (4Kg/cm2) using approved quality PVC pipe of160mm dia including cost of specials, all other materials required, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

A)Applying One coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. b)Providing fabricating and erecting slurry tight form work with plywood shutters with suitable supports, which do not deform due to micro concrete including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. C)Providing micro concrete Rendroc RG (or) equivalent as per manufacture's specifications. This mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 75mm including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. d)Applying one coat of polymer modified Acrylic Emulsion (Nito bond AR or equivalent) on the finished concrete sufaces as a curing membrane including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing Indian Water closet of approved quality and colour and size 580x440mm with 'P' or 'S' trap and foot rest including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint for the old wall including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Providing two coats of Acrylic distemper of approved quality, brand & colour for old ceiling & inner wall surfaces including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Providing two coats of snowcem for the old outer walls including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint for the old steel surface including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Supplying and providing Nito floor Hard top over the existing PCC/RCC concrete surface of 5Kg/Sqm and rubbed smooth with power float over the base concrete including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
