Repair and Maintenance of HSC Nain, District Hamirpur

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls ,breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil . ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D technical specification clause 305-1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm(one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 mechanically mixed (one cement : Five sand : ten graded crushed / broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of form work with M.S plates for plain concrete on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths. In retaining walls / breast walls as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202and 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) in super structure above plinth level up to all floors level including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and fixing 15 mm(fifteen millimetre) cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6(one cement six coarse sand) including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain and reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall ,return wall ,retaining and breast wall with 110mm (one hundred ten millimetre) dia PVC pipe (D-plast)/ Finolex/ Supreme having working pressure not less than 4 kg per centimeter square (Four Kilogram per centimeter square ) extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall with granular material complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per technical specification clause 301.5 and as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and other incidental the rate includes octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm (one point sixty seven liter per ten square meter) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm (two point twenty kilogram per ten square meter) as per architectural drawings including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
