Proforma for performance Statement for the past 3 years (Annexure-II) should be uploaded

The tenderer should upload an attested copy of the latest Manufacturing License.

If representative or dealer or distributor is submitting tender, he must produce copy of such authorization from the manufacturer (is in Annexure-VI) and no more than one person can make tender on behalf of same manufacturing firm or company for same material.

Complete details of the Manufacturing unit (Annexure-1) should be uploaded

Warranty period or guarantee period particulars should be uploaded.

The tenderer shall upload the relevant detailed brochures/literatures of their company pertaining to equipments as specified under this tender document.

Tenderer should compulsorily upload audited balance sheet for 3 years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 duly certified by competent auditors

GST certificate should be uploaded.
